i'm gonna get my hair colored again pretty soon. my hair color is brown and i have blonde highlights but they're already grown out. should i get highlights again or dye it another color do something differnt? i'm tan & i have brown eyes if that matters. i rate thanks a bunch _(link)

you should die your hair light brown then get honey blonde hightlights! it will looks super cute!
