alright well my boyfriend && ii have been going out for a month and a half now.. and ive been out with him b4 but thats not the point. anyways.. the thing is .. he hates talking on the phone and like never wants to talk to me if its over the phone and i mean all of us girls love phone calls at night from our bfs or whatever and i mean my bf just for some reason doesnt like talking over the phone. anyone have any ideas on how maybe to get him to want to talk on the phone or open up more ? let me know.. i rate high =) (link)

SOme people just feel uncomfortable on the phone.
Consider using an alternative? Maybe IMs would work. That way, you can have a realtime conversation, and your bf wouldn't feel so akward.
