Hmm. It is always fun to ask about people's most embarrasing moments. Have you evers are also funny, but use random ones and make them describe it.
Dares? Making people eat strange food combos is fun. Making them wear strange clothing and run in the street is also fun, as is shouting random phrases. My favorites are slightly embarrasing impressions, such as "pretend you are britney spears" for a guy (you know, with fake boobs and all. ^^)
