Hello. I am 14 years old, and have secretly been cutting for 3 years. I have never told anybody before, but I am wondering if I should. Would it be in my best interest to get help?
I have a lot of trouble trusting people,though.
Any advice would be appreciated.

YEAH! If you don't feel like you can trust your parents, talk to a teacher you like or a best friend or a pastor or someone. If you let people know your situation they'll get help... and it sounds like you need it.
