Hello. I am 14 years old, and have secretly been cutting for 3 years. I have never told anybody before, but I am wondering if I should. Would it be in my best interest to get help?
I have a lot of trouble trusting people,though.
Any advice would be appreciated.

oh man........there is no doubt in my mind that you should stop and get help! Trust is a big part of being around people, but cutting is never a good solution. Note: some people have died from cutting themselves becuase they;ve sliced an important and vital vein. I'm your age and i know that it can be tough sometimes....
but cutting doesnt do anything for you! You're just hurting yourself (physically and mentally) STOP!!
