ok I know I know I am totally screwed probably and I know I messed up big time but please dont tell me that over and ove...but ok I was raped last week and I didnt tell anyone yet...I cant im scared i dont now why but i feel like its my fault cuz it was my bf and Im the one who went out with him...so ya i know im screwed cuz the evidence is probably gone but I really need help on how to tell someone so thats why I came here..plz help!!

hey. just because you went out with him doesnt mean that it's not your fault. if you tried your best to stop it, then you shouldnt blame yourself for something that he did. you shouldnt care if the evidence is gone or not, just tell someone that you trust and that will be able to make you feel better and that will be able to help you figure out what to do. tell someone that you know might not freak out, so that you won t freak out either. you could also find those groups where you can stay anonymous and counselors can help you get through this. if you need to talk more about this, drop a message in my inbox and i'll be happy to talk to you. peace and love
