13/f--->Hey guys, i have a weight problem, i weigh about 215 and well i never realized how fat i was until i really looked in the mirror. I started to run and im doing volleyball so we have to run for like 2 and a half hours straight and i'm going to start excersizing with my friend.I also don't drink any soda or eat junk food now. Do you guys have any ideas, i know youve seen so many of these, but im talking about motivation. Also any websites, ive heard of teentone

ok, first of all! Your body is changing, therefore with the exercise that you are doing, your going to drop carbs like CRAZY, congrats on stopping the junk food, now when u get hungry...try to think of a snack that is good...and healthy..like..fruit..or i eat steamed broccli with cheese! Your doing GREAT!! keep up the good work, and i know you will definately see the change!
