Q: Ok.. so last year at school... i was.. one of the big girls in the class i have one month or more to get in shape. Where can i get good excersise ideas? I want to lose 34 pounds.. HELP!
Well for exercise you could just walk (or run if you perfer) a mile or 2 EVERYDAY!

Exercising IS NOT the key though, you also need to watch when and how much you eat. Try not to eat untill you get all the way full. Only eat the 3 main courses, and if you are going to grab a snack make sure it will just hold you over for the next meal. what i think is the most important thing...drink ALOT OF WATER.

i can't tell you this is goin to work for certain but it worked for me.
