So, my questions are usually opinion issues, but this one's actually an "I don't know" issue.
What is the guy's equivilant of a promise ring?
My guy and I are going ring shopping for me, and I want to get him something that says "I'm taken" basically (because I don't trust girls, and we're going to different colleges in the fall).
My problem is that he doesn't wear jewelry. Like, at all.
There's the sliiiiiim possibility that I could get him to make an exception for a ring (or even get him to put the ring on the only necklace he wears (a dog tag on a chain)) but I doubt it.
So...what can I get him that'll tell other people he's taken besides a ring or a tattoo with my name in it? Lol. (link)

If its a present from you, your boyfriend should be happy to wear it. tell him its to show how much he means to you. DONT whatever you do get a tatoo, because its just plain foolish. If you two break up he's still gonna have your name on his arm! If you cant get him to wear jewelery, you should just trust him. In the meantime, think to yourself why you doubted his dedication to you in the first place.

Nono- I don't doubt his dedication in the least. I don't trust other girls. It annoys him when girls eye him as much as it annoys me when guys eye me. I'm trying to help him out. We're not gonna break up - that's why I'm talking promise rings. Thanks, though. =)
