About HyperactiveMiss
Hello!
Ask away! If you'd like to know me better, check out my websites by clicking here and viewing my collective. I always try to give detailed and helpful advice. Please feel free to ask me for advice and DO give me feedback! Reading good comments and knowing that I helped someone out literally puts a smile on my face.
Please be sure to look at the FAQ on my column. If you ask a question similar to one I've already answered, I will most likely reply with the same answer.
Grammar, Punctuation, etc
I think if Advicenators are going to take the time to answer other peoples' questions and give free and helpful advice, the least people could do is use correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc when they are asking for help. It's unbelievable how some people TyPe LiKe ThIs, or never use periods, or don't have the time to do a "seempl nd quik speel chek".
Pet Peeve
I think that's totally lame when someone rates you down just because they don't want to accept the truth. It's also annoying if they rate you down, just because they didn't like your answer. Advicenators isn't about hearing what you want to hear. It's about finding the truth. People should be thankful that someone gave their time and effort. They should be thankful their question was even answered at all.
Rating & Feedback
Let me just remind you what each number means when you rate someone. These are OFFICIAL.
1- Pretty Bad Advice
2- Not Harmful, But Not Useful Either
3- Decent Enough Advice
4- Good Advice
5- Really Awesome Advice
I think everyone should give feedback, not just a rating. And feedback should include WHY you gave that person that specific rating. If everyone did that, everyone would probably rate more accurately. Also, the advice giver took the time to answer the question. The least the question asker could do is to give feedback! But unfortunately I guess it's too hard and mind boggling for everyone to do.

Latelty I've put on a bit of weight.
And too much weight for my liking.
I think I'm becoming somewhat obsessed with the way I look, I've started dressing in dark clothes and baggy jeans to hide what I've put on although I know that you can see it anyway.
It's too hot to wear what I'm wearing when walking home from school and I sometimes feel faint from the heat but if I wear something else, it feels like people are staring at me.
I have thought about not eating but I've heard it can just make matters worse so I just kept excersizing and dieting but it's not working! I've been at it at a month and it isn't working!
I don't want to go to a doctor because they'll send me home saying I'm not overweight which I'm not but I don't like the way I look.
I want to skip meals but then I'm scared it's accidently going to get into my head and it's going to become a regular thing and I don't want that. I'm trying hard not to make myself sick after every meal and I'm trying even harder to actually eat.
I just need advice on how to cope.
I don't want to tell my mom, so please don't suggest it. I honestly don't want to tell anyone I just know I need some help.
-- I am NOT doing this to get attention, the only reason I'm asking on advicenators is because it's the only place I know that lets me stay anonymous so it is not for attention and please, if you have nothing helpfull to say please do not say it.
Maybe this diet and fitness journal will be of help to you. This is the link:

You don't have to tell anyone, but don't be embarrassed or afraid to. You say you know you need some help. It's just about impossible to get help if you do not tell anyone. Ever thought of that?
Don't ever starve yourself. For one thing, it's really bad because you are depriving your body. Your body DEPENDS on food to keep you alive and working. Without food it will have to work even harder and it won't have enough energy. Do you know why not eating will make it worse? Because after depriving yourself, you will be starving for food. And eventually you'll eat it all back. If you plan to not eat it all back and continue starving yourself, you're just slowly killing yourself and I don't think you want to do that.
The best way to lose weight is to give yourself time. You need to eat a big breakfast, and eat less things as the day goes. It's like an upside down triangle. Never eat food at night. You need to exercise. You need a healthy diet. I'm sure you know this already.
I'm not professional, so I can't tell you everything, but I did look up some sites that you might what to take a look at. If you ever needs more information, just look it up...you'll get tons of results. Here are some links:

If you don't like the way you look, you either have to be patient and work for it, or accept and love the way you are.
You say you've been exercising and dieting for a week, but it's not working. Are you really doing enough though? Maybe you're not doing something right, or you're not doing enough. Just do some research on dieting and exercising.
Don't be afraid of wearing clothes that aren't baggy or black. Wear clothes that make you feel beautiful and good. Some clothes make you look even slimmer. Just take a trip to the mall and get a change in your wardrobe...it will make you feel better.
Everyone is beautiful whatever their shape or size is. Don't worry about what people will think about you. You want people to love you for who you are, not for your looks. Just learn to love yourself no matter what the outcome is after you diet and exercise. If you do that everything will be a breeze and you will never be disappointed.
Good luck!
