Okay, so I do crunches, and I'm in pretty good shape, except for this really annoying kind of...roll of...fat...like, right under my boobs.
I'm a singer, and I expand my ribcage when I sing and contract it (kind of?) when I don't. Could that be why?
I really can't figure out why it's there, and why I can't get rid of it.
My crunches go like this: 25 every morning, 100 every other night, and on the "other night" I still do 25 crunches to keep my muscles going ('cause I know if I stop I'll want to stay stopped).
Is there a way to get rid of that obnoxious roll of fat under my boobs? Any special excercises I could do? It's really annoying me. I mean, it's not an absolute necessity that I get rid of it, but I'd like to. It makes me really self conscious in swimsuits, 'cause the rest of my stomach is pretty toned.
Thanks in advance for the help! (link)

hold your hand out like your praying and push together your hands...you will feel the burn in your shoulders, hands or breast area..what this does is tighten the "fat skin" underneath your breast. need more help im here! also be sure to stand straight as if you were singing while doing this....this will tighten the muscles

Oh good, I'm not alone...Lol. So wait, though, how do I push my hands together? In front of my chest? At the sides? Both arms to one side? I'm a li'l confused...elaborate a little? Where do I feel the burn? How long do I do this/how often, etc...If it works, I wanna do it, lol.
Thank you!! I'll be sure to do this. =)
