i've recently become a vegitarian. my mother is worried that i wont get enough protein, what are some foods that i can eat that contain protein (besides meat, obviously)? (link)

my sister is a vegitarian so i kinda know about this stuff but peanut butter has alot of protein (thats what i've heard at least. also they make soyburgars i guess thats what you would call them. they make alot of soy products that have protein in them!
