ok so i sweat and i dont sweat only on my head. I sweat on my chest and now i have these red dots sorta like acne! i only get a couple but how do i make them go away?? *they arent very attractive*! lol Please help i rate easy 5s!! _(link)

well where are they for example if there on your feet smeer crap on your face so no one would loomkat your feet but if there on ur color your feet pyurple its guinuess
