My best friend and i are in the same class but we barley get to talk cause are teecher. my dad barely lets her come over....what should i do?

Get together with her on weekends. Talk on the phone. Online, go to the movies...hey, you're never too old to play mini golf! If you both have a boyfriend, go on a double-date. Have yourself go to HER house and hang out. Talk during lunch. Be creative with your friends.
