Well my friend still thinks shes pregnet but hasnt had sex!! Shes geting some symtoms of pregnety!! And if you were pregnet would you be able to suck your stomic in??? And does your bellly button stick out or in like normal??? (link)

I'd say if she hasn't had sex... she isn't pregnant.
Sometimes right before your period girls will develop symptoms like that. Feeling tired, hungry, sick to their stomach, etc etc. So that could be why.
I don't think that being able to suck in your stomach or not suck in your stomach is a legit symptom of pregnancy though. :-/
