Im not fat or chubby but i want to tighten my muscles in my thighs. Do you know any exercises that help target that area? Also, of course i need some of the healthiest foods to eat so im not taking up all of my energy so can you do some research on exersices and Dieats and everthing I need to make my diet book. Thanks...

do sit ups, crunches, even jumping jacks work if you do enough on a daily routine. DONT drink fruit drinks they have alot of sugar in them and will cause fat quicker..drink alot of water..that will help your skin also..theres also a diet called a crash diet..thats where you eat 3 healthy meals a day and basically no snacks..drink mostly water and dont eat anything extra..like salt etc...lay off the sodas too..hope i could help!
