Ok...so i have braces and I just got chain put on them...and for those of you who know what that is you probbly know how bad that hurts!! Please tell me what to do for the pain! It is killing me! (link)

Ouch, I know how you feel. One thing you can do is take Tylenol or Advil for the pain, that really helped me when I first got the chain put on when I had braces. Another thing you can for when you eat (if it hurts when you eat, it did for me) is eat foods that don't require much, if any, chewing, like soup or something. Also, eating ice cream really helps ease the pain! :D Hope this helps!
