This question is for someone who knows a lot about nutrition and working out.
Okay, I just started to work out for about an hour and fifteen minutes a day at the gym (cardio). I get hungry afterwards. I'm trying to lose weight (I'm a female, if that helps at all, and I'm not trying to build more muscle), so what foods would be okay to eat after a workout? Thanks in advance! (link)

I like to eat balance trail mix bars. they are completely balaned and has 16 g of protein. They don't taste funny either just normal trail mix or yogurt bars. if that doesn't work, try fruit or celary with peanut butter. Good LUck=)
