Well CAO,
If she likes to shop at Jo-Anne Fabrics, Hancock Fabrics or any place that has fabric, or craft type items(Wal-Mart has a surprisingly good variety too), you could get her a gift card for one of those places.
Or another idea, since she is a mom, you could send her something to pamper herself. Maybe some nice smelling lotions or bodywash?
