how do you get a guy that usually not too talkative, to start talking to you? im 13/f (link)

try to get him to talk about himself. i'm not saying all guys are self absorbed or anything, its just that people in general feel more comfortable talking about themselves because it is a topic they know a lot about. try talking to him about the things he's interested in and he might just get comfortable enough to move on to something else.
