My sister is dating this guy, and he has a really hott, so sweet, caring, brother my age and i really wanna go out with him...But I'm too afraid to ask him out. I don't know why I'm so scared. I'm shy...I see him every morning and I already wrote a note but I didn't give it to him....My friends say I should ask him out, but I'm sooo shy and I'll be too afraid to give him the note. So..what should I do? Do I ask him out directly, give him the note, or don't ask him out? Oh and what do I do about the shyness??

Well, i would ask my sister if its okay 1st. Ask how would you feel if i went out with you b/f's brother? If she says its fine-proceed-start talking to him more freqently and make sure he likes you a little bit b4 you ask him out. Then ask him out directly.
