hey im one of those people who really likes helping other people, you know helping them with problems whether serious or not. well some times i get overwhlemed by all of their problems and i become depressed too. and sometimes it feels like they start to expect SO much out of me and i cant do everything...then we get into a fight! what should i doooooo??? tell them...you will try to help if u feel the need to and if it wolnt get you down..your not there councler...if there problems are so serious sugust a counler for them it always helped me..and if they wolnt do that tell them you only can help on sertian things..
