I want to make some healty smoothies with fruit. Im not really sure what to use and how much of it. I know I need fruit and I have it. I want to use strawberries and bannas mixed together or not. It doesnt matter. Can someone please tell me some good recepies for how to make them. Also milkshakes too. Thanks.. oh by the way please dont say search on goodle! Thers nothing on there and its a waste of time.

i wanted some smoothies too the other day and google is a waste of time so i just made some myself lol you need frozen strawberries..put however much you will drink..and then add one banana cut up. then add half cup of water. mix in a blender add suger for sweetness if desired hope i helped!
