Hey! My mom actually had a mole on her face near her nose removed. When she first got it done, there was a small scar, but it faded as the years passed. After you get yours removed, ask your doctor how you can minimize scaring! There are a lot of creams and vitamins that do so. I'm sure he or she will be able to suggest something.
Also, I've had 4 moles removed from my stomach and back. The way my doctor did it, they gave me a shot in order to numb the area. I just wanted to warn you that if you get it done this way, the shot will hurt very badly, but you will not feel anything when the acutally remove the mole! But don't worry about it: it will be over before you know it! Good luck! Hope everything goes well!!
