i am a christian,but i relate much more to the catholic ways. Is it sacriligious to be from a different form of christianity before becoming catholic, and is there a procedure to take before u can be one?

Not at all. You can be any religion you want and anyone who tells you different is wrong. If you relate to the Catholic ways more so than your religion now, then you probably should be a Catholic unless you don't want to be. Hope I helped.
