I'm trying to defragment my c drive, but it says some file is corrupted, and will not let me continue. I also got a pop up message about a chdish utility i need to run... any help? _(link)

Better yet, you could start a command prompt and enter 'chkdsk /f', then enter 'y' when it asks if you want to run it on next startup, then restart. Then, you should be able to defrag.
