Okay so I have broken out pretty bad latly and they are starting to go away but not very much. I was picking at them but now I stopped. But how can I get rid of them and the redness of the ones i picked at? And please don't say proactiv or anything really expensive. And only things that will REALLY help!

i have the same problem so i speak from expirence. i hate havin acne its horrible. but i wish i could tell u that soap and water would work i mean it works but it takes so long and you could just dgo to like target and get some face wash there. i hope it clears up because i no how much you hate it. lol good luck?!!!
