This is going to sound gross at first and I apologize. I'm going to try to word it as maturely as possible. Okay, I was talking to this boy that I sort of like, well, that I'm "attracted" to & he had a "boner" or whatever term you want to use. This happened right in the middle of lunch when we were chatting. People found out and started say that means I "arroused" him and that he must have some sort of attraction to me. I'm kind of confused on whether this is what it means because this happened. Thanks.

ok well it probley did mean that he is attracted to you i mean hey if you gave him a boner then there has got to be something there .. now all you gotta do is figure out if he is just attracted to you or if he really likes you !! good luck ..
