I need a dress for my 8th grade graduation, but I have NO idea where to look. Its supposed to look nice, but not too dressy. I'm really really picky though. Any ideas where I can get a pretty cheap dress for it? Thanks! (link)

You can get a cute skirt and top at Hollister. Dresses can be dowdy. Go to your mall, to the Juniors Section at like a Nordstrom's, and they usually have some pretty cute dresses :)
