i joined lacrosse and my legs hurt really bad from running.. how can i make it feel better?? and do you have any lacrosse tips? (link)
1. When you have the ball, never stand still
2. Place all shots, usually in a far corner
3. Move to meet every pass
4. Don't always run at the same speed
5. Learn at least three different types of dodges

1. There must be plenty of talk on defense
2. Make your checks short and hard
3. Always scoop a loose ball. Never draw it.
4. Keep your stick a little above the height of your attack man's shoulder

if your legs hurt then use a Hot/cold pac
