well if they talk a lot like at skool or sum where else its fine, cause most guys dont call much at all unless its a serious relationship. you should pay attention to how he acts around her and see if he really likes her. like if they talk a lot or sumthin like that. and maybe yur sis can try to get him to like her more too. like she callin him and askin him to da movies o' sumthin. i hope i helped.
