Well, I was best friends with this girl (lets call her A), and then me and A started hanging out less and now we don't hang out at all anymore. She even has another best friend now. How do I get her back to being my best friend? I rate high! (link)

Call her or talk to her online and be like "Oh we havent dont anything in a while! Maybe wanna see a movie (or whatever you want to do)" Then bring up old memories and times that you guys have together to make her remeber how much fun you guys had. Or bring up inside jokes or ANYTHING that reminds of how much fun you guys had!
