Q: I need to get in shape for this summer-like so bad..I've tried almost everything..Dieting and crunches didn't help..eating less and less didn't help..Not eating for almost a whole day didn't help..and I couldn't really keep up with the eating healthy thing..I just want to look greeaattt in a bikini for this summer..Does anyone know any ways to get in shape? Thanks
EXERCISE!!!!! The best sports that would get you in shape are : swimming (the best), tennis, dancing , aerobics and jogging. For your abdomen, do sit ups. For other parts, search the internet for moves that would get you in shape cause I dunno what theyre called.
