Tiffany, you asked in your answer to the question "Is it a sin" if having an eating disorder was a sin. The Bible says: "Don't you know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is sacred, and you are that temple."
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 This means that a body (person) is God's temple, and if you're His temple, and have an eating disorder, you're not taking care of His temple. Not eating is destroying God's temple. I know this isn't a question, but yes, I believe that having an eating disorder is a sin because it is cureable! They have rehab centers in most cities where you can get help. I hope this answers your question.

when the bible talks about '' your body'' i was always told that ment your spirit and not your physcal body...

yeah.. well, I believe (and have been taught by many, many very great Biblical schollars and pastors) that when the Bible refers to your spirit, it says "spirit" and when it means body, it says "body" or "flesh".
