advice
hey, i need some help. i'm a 16-yr-old girl, 110 lbs, and 5'6. i'm really skinny. i guess there's some good from that, like not worrying about eating something yummy with a huge amount of calories in it. but still, i want to gain some weight before i go to college next semester (i'm graduating early). the thing is, i will probably be one of the yongest people there and i'll look very small among all those 18-20-something-yr-olds. what can eat that's healthy and rich in calories at the same time? and how can i make myself look a little older without being fake? i know, its silly but i already feel like a baby in my senior class, i don't want to feel like that in college.
it doesnt matter about how big or little you are. but to gain healthy weight you should eata like fruits and grain because they have a lot of carbs. , that are healthy. to look older wear make up that is natural like tans and stuff
(Rating: 4) trust me, fruits are my main food and they don't help me gain weight at all.
