Ok well this may sound very dumb but here it goes . . . In P.E. we're doing swimming. Today I drowned during the class they were obviously able to resusatate me. I'm embarassed to go in school on monday. The girls in my school are very catty and news spreads fast at my school. I don't remember much of it. All I remember is trying to do a back dive into the pool and all of the water being pushed out of my lungs and trying to breathe next thing I know I'm laying o the hard floor with my class mates staring over me and the lifeguard. It was horrible and terrifying. How should I deal with the girls at school? Is it true that I could get Peunomia (sp?).
Thanks very much!
That doesn't sound dumb at all-things like this happen to everyone- you need some lows to be able to appreciate your highs. Don't be embarrased to go to school-if anyone says anything negative to you just laugh it off- show them that you're strong and that words don't get to you. Everything happens for a reason- the fact that you survived means that you have a purpose in life- it wasn't just luck and i truly believe that. Bad experiences are what shape our characters-you are a stronger person now. Forget about the girls at school-they have self-esteem issues and only put other people down so that they can feel better about their own pathetic lives.
Pneumonia is when your lungs fill up with water- I doubt that you have it-but if your are really concerned, have your parents take you to the doctors for an x-ray- better safe than sorry.
As for Monday, hold on tightly to your confidence and don't let anyone brake your ego- be strong. I hope i helped-good luck!
