does anyone know of some good exercises to get rid of love handles? i do crunches (all the different levels) and they help a little... but they never seem to fully go away. i also diet. (link)

ok, listen carefully, this exercise is called elbows and toes. Get on your tummy (like your fixing to do a push-up) and then get on your toes.
Push up and lay on your elbows and toes until you have to lay down. Hold as long as you can.
I do this all the time and im losing weight and gaining muscle.
Its safe for teens. Also it works your shoulders down to your calves. IT WORKS!!!! O also if you can get into a sport (if your not already).
Oh when ever you feel like it walk backwards. I know it sounds weird but thats what my mom told me i could do she says it works different muscles then just walking forwards
