i told this guy i liked him and he told me he likes me. well we are unable to go out cause of his grades in school and because he can't have a gf right now.but today was weird cause i got something on my shirt and he wanted me to take it off. and then he put his hand almost all the way up my shirt. what does this mean?! he did that so i pulled on his boxes and i think he liked it. this is definitely flirting i know it!
