my friend who i told that i liked him asked my friend for my number. she gave him the wrong number. so he asked her for my number? does this mean he is shy?! and if so how do i open him up a bit?

1.she forgot-she accedently gave her grangmothers or other friends number
2.she likes him and she doesnt want you to go out with him beacause she thinks it will ruin her chances
3.shes just a bitch
