does anyone know of any good conjestion reliever? Im all clogged and it doesn't feel confortble. (sp?) lol I also get a headach from it...
Any one know of anything natural that i could use to make it magicly disappear?!?

Umm..Sudafed 12 hour relief, its in a blue box..that stuff works really well..and a really long hot shower does some temporary wonders...
