ok i have been on a diet for 2 weeks now and i've been doin real good but now its realyl hard..like i have been eating some thinks i know i shouldnt but i cant help it. does anyone have any suggestions that will help me stick to my diet? thanks:) (link)

I used to diet and all that stuff too. I snacked all the time. Like ALL the time. It was hard for me to stop my cravings. So my friend told me that if you chew on ice cubes it helps the cravings. I don't like just plain water so i add lemon jucie to them or i freeze crystal light juices.. (They only have like 10 cal and no sugar). It's really good. Also, before you eat/drink anything unhealthy drink 2 full glasses of water and then you won't feel as hungry. I hope these help.
