around the end of summer I started doing my backhandspring on the ground by myself but i was too scared to do it on the gym floor at my school btw i don't take gymnastics my mom says its too much money or something anyways i havent even attempted to do a backhandspring for about 5 months but im really really really scared..does anyone know how to get the fear of tumbling out of my head because almost everyone on my squad has a round-off backhandspring thnx! I rate
Girl, you should always have someone to spot you because you can really get hurt....bad. Just try not to focus on the risks of getting hurt, but think about how good you'll feel when you accomplish it!!!!
