Ok I have been suicidal for a while, and haven't had an episode for about a month... I have scars on my stomach and arms.. but I can't stop thinking I need more cuts... Cutting yourself will not help at all. It will only make things worse. You should definatly tell someone...and soon. Someone eill be able to help you.
