In your note, you should tell him how you really feel. You should tell him that you wanna get to know him more, because he seems really nice, but it's hard because he's not in any of your classes. It would be a good idea to ask him to do something with you over the weekend, or whenever you are both free. You both would be able to talk and get to know each other and find out how you guys feel about each other. He might end up feeling the same way about you that you feel about him! Alot of people are shy, but if you want him to know how you feel you should start talking to him. Start being more open and talkative with people. You might be scared, but don't be! Everything should turn out good.
