The amount of hair growing out of your head is constant no matter what you cut. If you want your hair to appear thicker and healthier, just regularly trim the split ends every other month. This prevents the hair from breaking too far up the strand and destroying your "do." The only way to really get thicker hair is to take hair/skin/nail vitamins. Products like Rogaine don't even thicken your hair, they just prevent further loss of active follicles.

I don't appreciate the foul language, first of all. Second of all, please phrase your question better, and it might not be misunderstood. Third of all, if you apply general logic to my answer, it DOES answer your question. You asked if it grows back thicker. I told you that your hair CAN'T get thicker unless you do the following BLAH BLAH BLAH. The idea that cutting hair makes it thicken is an old wives tale. Instead of worrying about your hair, work on your shitty attitude instead.
