Being a teenager is the toughest thing any of you will go through..well except for a divorce or death of a loved one.
Adults just do not remember how hard this time of life is for you.
They forget how important all of these things that you ask questions about are.
Parent do not have all the answers either..they just muddle through life..just like you.

hi im 13/f and my mom still wont let me babysit. its rlly embarrasing bc i am 13 but she thinks im not "matture" enough. i feel like im being treated like a baby. how do i get her to let me start babysitting so tht i dont hav to hav a babysitter? thanx ~steph~ (link)

babysitting is a hard job..could be your Mom just thinks you are too young. Go wiht a freind and babysit..or do it while your Mom is home to show her how good you are..if she still says no..try asking again every few months..trust me..eventually she will let you!
