Q: hello everyone!

ok well here is my question does anyone know a few really good diets that work! my problem is that i love carb (bread and such...) and i really really want to lose 5 lbs. i know i know no junck food or soda of any kinda and exercise but i do all that fun stuff and i havent lost anything, iv asked my friends but they give me speaches on how i dont need to lose weight.

while you're on your no junk food diet, make sure you exercise. its the most important. and remember, if your friends tell you ur not fat, then u probably arent.

i never said i was fat i just want to lose weight. i know im not fat or anything just 5lbs more then id like to be, but thanks anyway
