Okay, I have this friend, and he's a boy, I'm a girl. I just want to be good friends, but I know (well I guess I don't really know, but I strongly think)that he wants to be more than just friends. And I can't take that. I mean, what would happen if he asked me out and I'd have to say no? What would that do to our friendship....? Do you think I'm leading him on my being his friend? Please, I need help!
Well if he does ask you out or hints to you about it or something then tell him that you arent really ready for a relationship right now, (although you may be) and that you're sorry but you really just want to be friends and nothing more and you dont want to hurt him by saying that but you'd rather stay really good friends.. If he cares about you he will accept that fact that you want to be friends and nothing else, and he will be content with that.

I rated that advice so well because I can relate to it. I have this friend who I am madly in love with, probably because I've known him for so long. But I'd be overjoyed to just be friends with him, and that's all I want to be because he doesn't deserve me. (this isn't the friend I'm talking about in the question, this is someone else.)
