I'm a junior in hs and i like this one guy who is like one of my best friends our relationship means a lot to me..but whenever i see him sayin hi to a girl or whatever i get like jealous..i dont know..maybe hes just a flirt or something..

Of course you should do the obvious tell him how you feel.If your to nervous to do it in person send him a love letter!He might feel the same way about you but you'll never know unless you tell him how you feel.He might be your match, you might end up marrying him!Come on girl get what you want out of life don't hang back.Don't sit on the sidelines of life!Good Luck! :)
