Ok..im on a really good volleyball team. in the past like 10 yrs we've won alot of state championships. But the thing is..she over works us. everyday we run a mile..then we go in the gym for about 2 hrs n half and just do volleyball. If we mess up..we do punishments..she yells like never before. We do suicides if we miss a serve or do a error. Its starting to get to me..i want to be perfect..and its stressing me out. How do i stop this?
Well, can you give me tips?
Its my first year (at my middle school) and she wants us perfect.
well, do the best you can, and if she wants you to do better then what your ding, and you can't... tell her how you feel, she'll yell at you, but i may be cut off the team if i don't yell "Got It, got, mine.."or ne thing like that. and we got it easy, but not for long.. we've been winning our games so far, its OUR year, and if you're doing your best, you should be proud.

Thanks..and by you asked me to give you some tips..well for our coach..you should go after every ball..talk out on the court..try your best..remember your rotation and dont make too many brain farts. At my middleschool when i played..we have won for about 11 yrs straight we havent lost a match! But i kept my cool..and took one game at a time. And we had an undefeated season..again.
